Belgium’s young star Julien Carraggi will play his biggest tournament at the Denmark Open 2023 presented by VICTOR this week.

The 23-year-old was promoted following the withdrawal of Indian youngster Priyanshu Rajawat. Carraggi takes on Lee Zii Jia, winner of Sunday’s Arctic Open 2023, in the first round.

Fun fact: Carraggi’s best HSBC BWF World Tour outing was at July’s Canada Open, where he defeated seventh seed Kanta Tsuneyama en route to the quarterfinals.
