When and where you began playing, and why this sport?
"I started playing in Dublin, Ireland. My dad has a sports shop in the main badminton center in Dublin and my brother and I used to go there with my dad when we were young to play while he was working. Any chance we got to go on court we would be there!"

Your equipment sponsor and current racket model?
"Carlton, Vapour Trail Elite"

Your training regime?
"I am training 6 days a week. 8/9 badminton sessions, 2 weight sessions, 3 running sessions."

Memorable sporting achievements?
"7 Irish National Singles titles in a row. Olympic Games. Finalist in 2011 Lithuanian Open. Semi-finalist in 2011 Denmark International and in 2012 Estonian International."

Sporting awards / Honours (so far)?
"Irish Independent Award 2004/2006"

Sporting ambitions?
"Breaking into world top 20. Being consistant in the World Superseries and beating the best in the world. European medals. World medal, Olympic medal."
